No matter the product or service you’re offering, your customers want to interact with your company, or at least other customers. AMC, for example, created an online tool that allowed you to Mad Man Yourself. American Express connects small-business owners to each other and helpful resources through its OPEN Forum. A person could also create a campaign like Orca Chevrolet did in Brazil. The company partnered with a local tow company and rescued stranded drivers by arriving in the new Orca. Not only did Chevy save the day, it also gave drivers a chance to test drive the car.
3. Partner with Allies
Marketing partnerships have a number of benefits to push a marketing campaign. For starters, collaborating with someone else tends to deliver better content. On top of that, marketing partnerships are cheaper to create, see success more quickly, and expose your brand to a new audience. You can achieve this by having customers share personal stories, exchange ideas, and by giving them the tools to make an ad for you or through humor. For example, Converse teamed up with Guitar Center to record music entitled “Rubber Tracks.” The content was then used to create a series of YouTube videos that focused on the musicians.
4. Leverage influencer
Want to get the word out there and boost your visibility on social media without taking years to build the audience? Then you should certainly leverage influencers. But the key is to find the right influencer. You don’t have to go with influencers with millions of followers. You could opt for micro-influencers with tens of thousands or even a hundred thousand followers. Find the right influencer in your niche so that you’re targeting the right audience. It’s not just about spreading your message. It’s about spreading your message to the right consumer base. If you can do that properly, then you can likely reach a sizable audience for not much money invested when you think about the potential profit it can return.

As times change, so do trends. Consumers want convenient and unique business experiences that stand out. Keeping up with the latest marketing trends can help your brand stick out to potential and current customers. Find out what people are searching in your industry. Using search engine optimization (SEO) to find search patterns and keywords can be of great help. Utilizing SEO information can improve website traffic and rankings. Also, subscribing to blogs, journals, and other network-related reports to keep up with trends is an important strategy.
